You must register your cruiser to qualify
for any of Villy's Warranty Policies.
If you have not, please register your bike first before submitting a claim.
We offer two types of warranties.

All Villy cruisers include a 1-year Standard Warranty with any new purchase.
- This warranty is due to expire within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Please provide proof of purchase for your registration to claim any warranties.
About Standard Coverage
Villy Custom bicycles are exclusively sold in this online shop.
The limited warranty protects the following:
- Frames, components, parts, and forks, are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
- Any parts that has been deemed defective during the warranty window will either be repaired or replaced by parts of equal or greater value.
Warranties DO NOT Cover:
- Damage, failure or loss resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage, failure or loss resulting from an accident.
- Damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, misuse or neglect.
- Damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, improper repair or improper maintenance of bicycle components.
- Damage, failure or loss caused by any alterations or modifications. Warranty will be fully voided by any alterations or modifications to the frame, forks or components.
- Gear or brake adjustments.
- Shipment charges for replacement parts.
