How easy is bike assembly, once I receive my bike?
Where is this bike assembled?
Our bikes are assembled in our South Carolina production facility using imported parts. Individual parts are painted at our powder coating facility, then assembled & checked for quality by American workers. You can learn more about our facility here:
What's the 'White Glove Service"?
Basically, if you choose this shipping option during checkout, we will call or email you to arrange for your bike to be shipped to your local bike shop. They will professionally assemble the bike for you, and you can pick it up at your leisure.
Is the bike adjustable?
Yes! You can adjust your seated height and handlebar angle on the bike to fit your height and riding preferences. You can read about how to make those adjustments in your bikes manual. You may download it here.
Can I return my bike if I don't like it?
Returns can be made on Classic and Curated models within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The bike must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. You can see our full return policy here:
What's the warranty policy on this bike?
