How long will my bike
take to ship?

All of our bikes are built-to-order. Some bikes will take longer than others to paint and build, but you can expect most orders to ship between 5-10 business days.

How long will it take to arrive at my house?

After your bike is built, we will ship it with standard ground FedEx service from our facility in South Carolina. Depending on your location in the USA, it can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to arrive.

What's the return
policy?

We offer a free return policy on all orders, as long as the return request is put in within 30 days of when the order was submitted. The bike must be in unused condition and you must have the original packaging.
